Analyst Executive Compensation

The Rewards Line of Business consists of 3 practices: Executive Compensation, Global Data Services and Rewards. Executive Compensation is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. Global Data Services helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. The Rewards practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients.

We are organized as a Benelux team. As such, we provide advice to the largest (listed) companies in Belgium and The Netherlands. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.

Our consultancy services are centered around the different topics within the Rewards segment, but cover a much broader range of disciplines including strategy, Corporate Governance (including regulations and legislation) and financial modelling. We partner with the client to determine to the most suitable solution to these issues.

For our Executive Compensation line of Business, we are looking to hire an all-round Analyst in The Netherlands. Our practice is a team of young and enthusiastic people, who work together intensively within a discipline that is increasingly receiving attention. Within the different teams , you will immediately share responsibility for delivering high-quality services and deliverables to our clients and will be awarded excellent opportunities to develop yourself. We will of course actively stimulate you to do so.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in preferably (Business) Economics or Business Administration (Finance or Strategy)
  • A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems;
  • Analytical; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way;
  • Pro-active with good interpersonal skills (team player);
  • Eye for detail and able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way;
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge of statistics;
  • Undertaken extracurricular activities in order to develop yourself;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
