Internship: Change Management and Development (S&OP)

You are responsible for

  • Support with the learning path development, maintenance and deployment
  • Track progress of learning activities
  • Enhance and structure communication and change management plan
  • Support with creation of communication materials (e.g. communication messages, video)
  • Monitor engagement of our communication campaigns
  • Support with S&OP communication channel maintenance
  • Support with global webcasts and webinars

You are a part of
The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Excellence Transformation Program, Change and Communication Team, under Integrated Supply Chain. You will be able to gain a better understanding on how the Supply Chain program is being deployed and adopted within Philips. Your assignments will be focused on change management, learning development and internal communication projects, aiming to drive and monitor behavioral change to accelerate the transformation.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Enrolled in a university program Master, preferably in the direction of: Communication and Information Science, Behavioral, Management and Social Science, Change Management, Culture, Organization and Management.
  • Experience in Change Management & Internal Communications is preferred
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Proactive and solution oriented
  • Good communication skills: ability to inspire people and convey messages in a convincing manner
  • Creative mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Basic video editing and copyrighting skills are preferred
  • Able work in fast paced and demanding environment

Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation (proof of enrollment) will be requested. Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university. Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
