What do our Marketing internships involve?
Within the Marketing department in the Netherlands, we have three possible internship positions, located in our headquarters in Utrecht:
- Digital Marketing
- Brand Marketing Food
- Future Brands
As a Digital Marketing intern, you contribute to making sure that our brands appear at the top of all timelines. You will support the Social Media Manager in running all the social campaigns of PepsiCo’s brands within the Netherlands. In addition, you will guard the image of our brands online by making sure that all questions/comments/complaints of our customers are dealt with in the best (and most fun) way possible. Being a Digital Marketing intern, you will also contribute to the content creation process, guard the quality of the posts/campaigns, update the content calendar and brief our agencies. You will be responsible for sharing the social results with the brand teams and during your internship period, you will also have your own projects within the social/digital field that you will run all by yourself with some guidance of your manager.
As a Brand Marketing Food intern, you will act as a spider in the web between sales, category management and marketing and you will support the marketing teams in creation and execution of the best marketing plans for our brands. The Marketing Food department consists of several brands, which means you will get the unique experience of working together with the following brands: Lay’s, Doritos, Duyvis, Quaker, and Snack a Jacks! As a Brand Marketing Food intern, you will assist in creating and executing digital campaigns, supporting the launch of new product introductions, supporting influencer campaigns, writing briefings for creative agencies, and executing below the line activities such as sampling campaigns, consumer promotions, and events.
As a Future Brands intern, you will be closely working together with our colleagues from Sales, Brand Marketing, and Shopper Marketing. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Lead Benelux and as you will be working with both NL and BE markets, you will gain a lot of Benelux experience. The ambition of Future Brands is to deliver 3-4 new brands with a value of over $40mm in the next 5 years. This means that, as a future brands intern, you will get the unique opportunity of building new brands (just like in a start-up), but with the knowledge and support of a big corporate!

Qualifications / Requirements :
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who:
- Is a Bachelor/Master student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in (online) Marketing;
- Has a creative mind and gives added value to content;
- Has a positive mindset, good communication skills and is a team player;
- Is proactive, with a hands-on mentality;
- Has a commercial mindset;
- Is fluent in Dutch (in both speaking and writing), and has a good command over the English language.
- Is located in The Netherlands or Belgium
