What do our Supply Chain internships involve?
Within the Supply Chain department in the Netherlands, we have many possible internship positions, located in our headquarters in Utrecht, as well as in our production plants in Zaandam, Broek op Langedijk, and Rotterdam! As a Supply Chain Logistics intern, your main tasks will include ensuring the accuracy of the stock in SAP on a daily basis, as well as understanding and analyzing the KPI scorecard to translate it into information that can be used. You will also get many opportunities to work on individual projects to make your own contribution to the Supply Chain process of PepsiCo.
As a Demand Planning & Inventory Management intern, you are the linking pin between supply and demand. You will be part of the Benelux Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L) team, which is responsible for managing demand and supply operations in order to optimize customer case fill performance and inform stakeholders about any stock risks and opportunities.
As a Maintenance intern, you will be doing research into Predictive Maintenance. In this role, you will get the unique opportunity to work behind the scenes in our Duyvis plant in Zaandam.
As an Operations intern, you will be working closely together with the Lean/operations team to optimize the production process to reduce waste. In this role, you will get the unique opportunity to work behind the scenes in our Lay’s plant, in Broek op Langedijk!
As a Health & Safety intern, you are supporting the production lines in their daily tasks from a health- and safety point of view. You will be working on updating the current RIE of the entire Lay’s plant in Broek op Langedijk.
As a Quality Food Safety intern, you are part of the Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) department of our Duyvis plant in Zaandam. You will supporting the production lines in their daily tasks from a quality and food safety point of view.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who:
- Is a Bachelor/Master student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in Supply Chain (some of the roles in our plants require specific studies);
- Is accurate, analytical, and proficient in Excel;
- Is proactive, with a hands-on mentality;
- Is fluent in Dutch (in both speaking and writing), and has a good command over the English language.
- Is located in The Netherlands or Belgium
