To strengthen the team of Thaesis, we are looking for strategy trainees. As a trainee you have the ambition to advise organizations in rapidly changing and socially relevant markets, such as media, education, and healthcare. You also have an affinity with trends and developments, like to make the world a little better and have great reflective ability. You continuously challenge yourself to look at findings from a different angle.
As a trainee you will be part of the advisory team from your first day and work directly on challenging projects. You support the advisors of Thaesis in formulating solutions to strategic issues and provide analysis and reporting on strategic, financial, and organizational developments in the markets of Thaesis.
About you:
For a successful traineeship, you possess the following characteristics:
- You have recently completed an academic master’s degree, preferably with a business, economic or technical background.
- You have excellent analytical thinking skills and a results-oriented attitude.
- You have an affinity with social issues.
- With a solid personality you are a pleasant interlocutor for your colleagues.
- You are a team worker, sociable, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile.
- You are naturally curious and have the urge to keep abreast of the latest relevant developments in areas such as society and technology.
- You have strong speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are a plus.
- You are available full-time.
- You live in the Randstad or are willing to relocate.
About the traineeship:
In the traineeship, you will be challenged for a year to get the best out of yourself and develop your consulting skills. You take ownership of your own learning trajectory and are constantly guided in this by the consultants of Thaesis. Your development and goals will be discussed monthly. Personal development comes first, which leaves you room to give your traineeship your own twist based on your interests.
