As our new Talent Acquisition intern:

  • You will be working from our office in Utrecht (please be aware that you might need to work from home due to the current Covid-19 situation);
  • You will start in August 2021;
  • Your internship will last for 6 months.

Qualifications / Requirements :

So, are you someone who:

  • is a HBO/WO Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in Talent Acquisition
  • likes to take initiative and work independently with strong communication skills;
  • is pro-active, well organized and able to set priorities in a fast moving environment;
  • isn’t afraid to voice their opinion and thinks creatively and rationally in order to solve problems;
  • is ambitious, focused on results and has enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
  • and has excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Dutch is preferred, but not a must)

What does your role involve?

This role is about making an impact on your fellow students’ lives and their early careers. As TA intern you will not only manage the recruitment process of our interns from end to end, but also act as a consultant and mediator for all the interns within the company. From the briefing till the offer management step, you will be involved in every stage of the recruitment process. To do this, we do hire from all backgrounds and all disciplines as long as you are a responsible, proactive, and well-organized person who likes to have fun while learning.

Your potential tasks will include: one-on-one updates with managers, managing the vacancies, postings of the job on various channels, CV screenings, candidate interviews, drafting of the employment contracts, to name a few. Don’t worry if these tasks sound unfamiliar to you; your TA lead will guide you through this process and support you throughout your internship.

You will also act as the HR point of contact for your fellow interns, for multiple aspects throughout their internship, such as onboarding, evaluation interviews, and organization of formal and fun events specifically for interns. You will actively contribute to the development of all our interns, and will be responsible for the creation of the group dynamic of the intern group. Therefore, this role will bring out the best leadership skills in you (which you already have, but did not know).
