What will you be doing:
Welcoming customers on the dock
Renting out the boats
- Providing explanations about safety rules
- Ensuring the boats are kept tidy
- Assisting customers after their cruise
- Providing remote assistance to customers
- Work during exciting events like the Amsterdam Light Festival, Gay Pride, King’s Day, and more
Who are you?
- Representative and customer-oriented
- Independent and responsible
- Available for a minimum of 2 days per week
- Available on weekends as well
- Proficient in both Dutch and English
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
