Sefa store

The Sefa store is located in the E-building at the Roeterseilandcampus. The address is the following: Roetersstraat 11, 1018 WB Amsterdam.

In the Sefa store you can buy many things: Sefa memberships, summaries from AthenaSummaries, StudentWiki and TentamenTrainingen and UvA Merchandise such as sweaters, notebooks, and other accessories. Starting this year, study books are merely sold online through sefa.nl/books

Due to UvA policy, summaries of all providers (AthenaSummaries, StudentWiki, and TentamenTrainingen) can be bought from the 3rd week of every block.

Online book sales

You can buy your study books online through a Sefa interface at our partner Studystore. Below you can find the step-by-step guide to facilitate you in buying your study books through Sefa at Studystore:

  1. Become a Sefa member: In order to buy your books online, you have to be a member of Sefa. After you bought your membership, you can log in to our website.
  2. Enter the Sefa interface of Studystore: When logged in to the Sefa website, you can press the button ‘Studystore’ to access the Sefa interface of Studystore.
  3. Choose the correct booklist: In the interface, you will find booklists specified per year, per study (track), and per block based on the Economics and Business faculty of the University of Amsterdam. You can easily see which books you have to order per block. The booklist also indicates whether the books are regarded as mandatory or not by the professors.
  4. Create a Studystore account: Before checking out, you create a separate account at the Studystore website to order your books. Keep in mind that your order is linked to your Studystore account, and not to your Sefa account. This means that book returns and refunds go through Studystore directly, not through Sefa. If you have any more questions about ordering online books, please contact Studystore directly via their website.

Sefa offers multiple types of membership; Bachelor Basic, Bachelor Standard, Bachelor Premium, Master Premium, Exchange. With a Bachelor Basic, Bachelor Standard, Exchange membership, you can simply buy books through the Sefa interface of the Studystore website. With Bachelor Premium, Master Premium membership, you can buy your books at a discount through the Sefa interface of the Studystore website. Click here for more information about memberships.

Sefa merely serves as the facilitator of the connection between students and Studystore. Unfortunately, Sefa does not have any access to the online book ordering process, not the purchase process. If there is a mistake in the delivery or purchase process, please contact Studystore directly via their website.

Yes, you can! Studystore ships their books with PostNL so you can buy books from all over the world, but you might have to pay some additional shipping costs.
