Bronze, Silver and Golden committees.
Our committees are divided into three levels: bronze, silver or gold.
- Bronze committees are perfect for your first committee experience and take about five hours per week.
- Silver committees are more challenging, cost on average eight hours per week and are suitable for students with some previous work or committee experience.
- Golden committees present the top level of committees that will take twelve to sixteen hours per week. These committees are a good fit with students that have previous committee experience.

A word from a recruiter
Martha Gonzalez – Campus recruiter Philips
”Why do people talk so much about being on a committee? Isn’t it just having companies talking to us? Probably you have heard this many times, and perhaps you think this yourself, but think of it as just the result, the tip of the iceberg after many months of research, conversation, negotiation and many challenges that the members of a committee face when trying to connect with the best companies to provide students incredible experience during the year. When companies partner up with student associations and committees, we treat students as an equal. Being in a committee will support your development because this is business, you need to research, present proposals, contact different vendors and company representatives. With all these tasks, you will be able to grow as a young professional, working on your negotiation and communication skills, but also getting to know how you would approach the business world in the near future.”
