Function description
As the Information Strategy Officer, you are the project manager for everything happening on our digital systems, whether big or small. The ISO focuses on the digitalization of Sefa and supporting the organization with our IT systems. This means combining both IT and long-term strategic thinking. Your responsibilities include managing the Google Workspace environment for members, ownership of websites, and implementing technical tools for Sefa functions. Furthermore, you are in charge of keeping the website up to date, resolving website issues, and implementing improvements. Lastly, you make sure that all the data in Sefa’s CRM system, Salesforce, is updated regularly and correct, working in close contact with other board members to create data-driven strategies to ensure the success and growth of our association.

About Me
Ciao a tutti!
My name is Tommaso, I am 21 years old, and I’m excited to take on the position of Information and Strategy Officer for this year. Quick fun fact: I am the first Italian board member in the history of Sefa!
Originally from the Italian Dolomites, I moved to Dublin for a year, where I graduated from high school, and for the past three years, I’ve been living in Amsterdam, completing my Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
I was originally drawn to Sefa for the amazing career and personal development opportunities it offers, and I got more and more involved throughout my studies. As a Sefa member, I’ve taken part in many events (especially monthly drinks, I never skipped one!) and helped organize several myself, working as part of the Active Members Events, Sports, and Skillsweek committees. I decided to apply for the board mainly out of curiosity to learn new things and to challenge myself, while still enjoying student life. Being part of a board year is, in my opinion, the summit of the Sefa experience, offering a unique blend of professional development, social life, and personal growth.
In my free time, if I am not at the bar finishing the budget, I enjoy playing basketball or futsal with friends, as well as tennis, padel, and beach volleyball, so if you’re ever missing one player, hit me up!
