RiverBank is looking for an Intern to join its credit department in Amsterdam

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the SME Lending team in pre-qualifying target boards and contacts
  • Assisting the Team in meetings with Advisors (debt advisory, M&A etc)
  • First screening of deals (acquisition finance, LBO / MBOs, real estate loans, corporate loans)
  • Preparation of the committee note including Business Plan
  • Follow-up on current deals, data completion, CRM
  • Assist with credit and risk analysis
  • Participate in Loan monitoring
  • Updating salesforce and databases

Qualifications and skills required:

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
  • 1st experience in the field of credit, bank loans, acquisition finance, or corporate finance
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory
