Fuuse is a young ambitious startup in Amsterdam that works as a recruiter in finance. We match people to companies where they can get the best out of themselves: the only way is up. We don’t do this based on big data but on the expertise of the market, experience, an understanding of company cultures, and a healthy dose of people skills.

As a specialist in guiding financials through their careers, Fuuse does more than just connect resumes to vacancies. We proactivly advice our clients (from Picnic and Action to Fluence Energy and Seaway7), and are genuinely interested in the wishes of, and possibilities for our candidates. We do not only want to know what you can do, but also where you want to go.

Due our more personalized approach, we might be a little bit different than the other recruitment agencies. We believe in hard working, having fun, and making the impossible possible. Fresh graduates will have the opportunity to build their own business portfolio, engage in conversations with senior management and executives, and help people find their next big step in their career.

Our office is in Amsterdam South-East, we have young team of 6 people and drinks, ski trips and fun activities are part of the plan.
