Below is the “PulseFit” practice case, which you must complete and submit with your Case Club application. This case is a simplified business scenario, inspired by the types of challenges consultancy firms might use in interviews. It has been adapted to focus less on complex data analysis and more on creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. We recommend spending 30–60 minutes on your solution. It should be a 2 minute video in a single continuous take, for more instructions see the case file.
