At Sefa, we celebrate the robust and growing leadership roles for all women in the field of Economics and Business! Sefa Women+ targets all individuals who identify as women and does not only serve the purpose of professional development but also as a way to promote gender equality at an individual level. Sefa Women+ is a combination of formal and informal events, facilitating open discussion. Students have the opportunity to network with working women from the attending companies and hear real-life experiences and perspectives of women within the economics and business sectors.

Committee Positions
As a chair you oversee the committee and you are responsible for the meetings, the planning and the overall functioning of the committee. You will be party responsible for the acquisition.
Essential skills: leadership, pro-active, sense of responsibility.
As secretary, you will be making the weekly minutes and keeping track of the mail inbox of the committee. As marketing, you will be responsible for all of the promotional material and plans which are needed for the event, working closely with the Marketing Officer of the Board.
Essential skills: creative, reliable, keeping overview
As the head of acquisition and the treasurer you are responsible for approving the cash flows within the committee and producing the budget plan with the Treasurer of the board. You will also have the overview of the acquisition process of the acquisition team and ensure they reach the targets.

As an acquisition member, your main goal is to reach out to companies, create partnerships and organise the main events of the committee. You will also organise everything around the events themselves, including location, catering, schedule and everything else which is necessary.
