• As a starter you follow the Traineegame: a program in which you get to know the organization, the international network and each other better. We always finish this in London, where you will get to know our international network.
• As a starter, you can choose from a wide range of training courses. A course in mindfulness or assertiveness? You will always find a course that suits you. There are plenty of opportunities, you grab them yourself.
• For colleagues under 30, Young GT organizes fun events such as beach volleyball, a race experience or a debate with the board.
