Function description
As the Human Resources (HR) Officer of the Sefa Board, you are responsible for recruitment, selection, and retention of active members of the association. You are the first contact person for students who want to become active within one of Sefa’s committees. You promote active membership and recruit new committee members, which is crucial for the existence and future of the association. As HR Officer, you are responsible for coordinating the application process and selection procedure, starting from constructing the selection criteria to planning the interview structure. You are responsible for coaching and retaining Sefa’s active members to ensure that every student gets the most out of their active membership at Sefa. You connect the members to the board, keeping up with feedback and development. Lastly, you are one of the trust persons of the Sefa board, meaning that members can confidentially approach you with personal concerns, conflicts, or sensitive issues. You offer them support and help guide them towards appropriate solutions within or outside the association.
