TFN’s mission
Transition Finance Network (TFN) strives to be a pioneering force in helping to close the Climate Financing Gap. We support climate scale-ups in navigating their financial and strategic roadmaps.
This is done via Venture Building – where we help our clients refine their business and financing strategies and Equity Raising and Debt Advisory – where we leverage our extensive network of climate investors and corporates to connect clients with the most suitable partners and financing structures to support their growth journey.
TFN’s team operates from London and Amsterdam and brings together decades of experience working on energy, finance, strategy and sustainability topics for top tier names within asset management, consultancy and banking.

The ideal candidate:
– Is ambitious with a strong drive to be part of the climate transition solution
– Is comfortable in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
– Is happy to change a big corporate name for an entrepreneurial vibe on a close-knit team
Helpful to have a business/finance/economics background, but also open to others, including sustainability studies.
Sample day-to-day tasks you may be asked to do:
– Research investors within the climate tech industry
– Perform market analyses for a renewables client
– Perform ad hoc projects
