As part of your application to the Case Club, you are required to complete a practice case. This exercise is designed to give you a taste of the type of challenges faced in consultancy interviews, while allowing us to evaluate your creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The case you will be working on is the “BrewBox Coffee Co.” practice case. It presents a simplified business scenario and has been adapted to emphasize ideas and strategy rather than complex data analysis. We recommend spending 30–60 minutes on your solution. The use of AI tools is permitted; however, we will place strong emphasis on originality and creativity in our evaluation.
