What is the Members Council?

The Members Council is made up of four active Sefa members who are approachable and available to all members of the association. They provide a safe and confidential point of contact for anyone who prefers not to reach out to the Board directly.

Members can turn to the Members Council with any matter; such as interest in joining a committee, dissatisfaction within a committee, personal concerns, questions, or any form of feedback or criticism, whether positive or negative.

All conversations with the Members Council remain confidential, and any information shared will only be passed on to the Board if the member explicitly requests it.

The Members Council exists to ensure that every Sefa member feels comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their time in the association.
