CEOx1Day – Odgers Berndtson

CEOx1Day is a program exclusive to Odgers Berndtson, powered by Sefa and STAR Rotterdam. The program matches thriving full-time masters and ambitious bachelor students from across the Netherlands with some of the nation’s finest CEOs from both private and public sectors. Sefa Amsterdam and STAR Rotterdam have partnered with Odgers Berndtson to organise the first edition in the Netherlands.

CEOx1Day already takes place in twelve countries, and has hosted many CEOs. Examples are Sony, Unilever, Vodafone, ING, Accenture and many more.

Chief Executives from major Dutch companies are collaborating with Odgers Berndtson’s global program to give students the chance to be a CEO for the Day and experience life through a CEO’s eyes.

CEOx1Day is designed to uncover some of the Netherlands most promising future leaders and give them an opportunity to walk in the shoes of a senior executive.

Undergraduates apply to spend a day with a top Chief Executive to learn about the responsibility and complexities required to lead some of the Netherlands’ leading business and organisations.

At the same time, CEOs can better understand what drives the next generation of leaders.

Deadline for registration is Sunday, the 14th of October.

Applicants will go through an extensive screening process in November. Eventually five students will be selected to walk in the shoes of a CEO for one day in January 2019.
