Customer Fulfillment Supply Chain

As an intern in the Customer Fulfillment Supply Chain Team you will have an opportunity to make our customers happy every day with every order we deliver first time right.

Your role:

You’ll work with Western Europe Customer fulfillment Team responsible for end-to-end fulfillment process for orders. It’s a Team of ~12 members.

This internship can be structured around the following assignments:

  • Improving the delivery performance of 3rd party products needed to complete a customer order/installation, by preparing data analysis on lagging and leading delivery performance indicators for suppliers
  • Reducing the number and frequency of DEFOA (defect on arrival) products (which could be damaged, wrong or even missing upon delivery), by monitoring and analyzing daily the creation of new cases, pushing for high-quality root-cause investigation and timely completion of containment actions to prevent such cases in the future
  • Setting up an inventory projection model and analysis, to provide future insight to Supply Chain teams on upcoming (potential unhealthy) inventory

You’re the right fit if:

  1. You are currently studying towards your University Master or Bachelor in: Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics or similar.
  2. You have good MS Excel skills (meaning proficient in merging/combining data sets, summarizing descriptive statistics, running pivot tables, building graphs and charts etc.)
  3. You are an analytical thinker with ability to swap between the bigger picture and the details
  4. You are fluent in English language both verbal and written

IMPORTANT:

Part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online interview recording. We are not able to share the outcome of this HireVue interview but will use this as extra selection criteria.
In order to be considered, you have to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
