Job Description
PepsiCo Netherlands is looking for an enthusiastic HR Learning & People Development Intern to join the team based in Utrecht for a period of 6 months starting from the 1st August 2022 till 3rd February 2023.

As an HR Learning & People Development Intern you will be responsible for supporting the development and engagement agenda and work on many projects.

What will you learn throughout your internship?
You will be learning how to support the rollout of our various Learning & Culture projects in our organization. Next to this, you will be learning the following:

Learning & Development

  • Support the rollout of training programs including managing communications, coordinating enrolments, tracking attendance, supporting trainers, among others
  • Supporting employees with individual learning requests
  • Managing programs on the learning experience platform (PepsiCo University)

Culture & Engagement

  • How to manage our annual organization health survey including administration and reporting
  • Supporting the Reward & Recognition initiatives in our organization

Internal Communication

  • Working together with our communication department and support our internal communication about the Learning & Culture agenda

And supporting other projects related to Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, and Learning & Development!

Who are we looking for?

  • HBO/WO Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, Employee Experience, Org. Psychology
  • Likes to take initiative and work independently with strong communication skills
  • Pro-active, well organized and able to set priorities in a fast moving industry
  • Not afraid to voice their opinion and thinks creatively and rationally in order to solve problems
  • Ambitious, focused on results and has enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal Dutch & English communication skills
